Warren County, PA Animal Cruelty: Kitten Thrown From Car May 4

Glade Township, PA – Authorities in Warren County are asking for the public’s help after a young kitten was allegedly thrown from a moving vehicle Monday evening in a case that has sparked concern across northwest Pennsylvania.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Troop E – Warren Station, the incident happened around 6:45 p.m. on Monday, May 4, along the 3400 block of Conewango Avenue in Glade Township, near the Erie metro region. Investigators say the kitten, estimated to be 6 to 8 weeks old, was found tied inside a black disposable bag after being tossed from a moving vehicle.

Despite the fall, the kitten was not injured, police said.

According to state police, the vehicle involved is described as a white, single-cab Chevrolet pickup truck with no registration plate and visible rust on the body. The driver is described as a Black male. Troopers say the truck was traveling north on Conewango Avenue at the time of the incident.

Investigators are now urging residents and businesses in the area to review surveillance footage captured between 6:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. on May 4 for any sign of the vehicle.
