Pennsylvania – Headlights glow through thick fog across Pittsburgh this morning, and visibility drops sharply on bridges and river valleys. In some spots, drivers can see only a quarter mile ahead. The air feels damp and mild, sitting near 50 degrees with mist hanging over the hills.
