Towson, Maryland – Baltimore County police arrested a 15-year-old suspect Wednesday after a juvenile was shot Tuesday evening in the 3900 block of Cutty Sark, authorities said.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit, the shooting happened Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, at about 6:20 p.m. in the 3900 block of Cutty Sark in the 21220 ZIP code.
Officers arriving at the scene found a juvenile victim suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. The victim was transported to a local area hospital and was listed in critical but stable condition, according to the department.
Police said a 15-year-old suspect was arrested in the investigation. The department said the teen was placed with the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. The police department did not release the suspect’s name, citing the person’s juvenile status, and did not provide additional details about what led up to the shooting.
