According to investigators, Justin M. Stanfield, 39, of Brant, NY, allegedly requested explicit photos and videos from a juvenile and later sent indecent material to the same individual.
On October 16, 2025 (Thursday), Stanfield voluntarily turned himself in to authorities for Centralized Arraignment Program (CAP) proceedings. He is charged with Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance and Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree. The case will be heard in the Town of Villenova Court at a later date.
