Both vehicles rolled over after impact, trapping the occupants. Fire crews from Cass County Fire District #1 and Logansport Fire Department extricated those inside. Acosta was transported by Cass EMS to Parkview Logansport, then flown by Samaritan helicopter to Parkview Fort Wayne with life-threatening injuries.
