Rain will follow the frost. Patchy frost may linger Thursday morning, but warmer air and moisture will move in by evening. Showers are likely after 10 p.m. Thursday, with a 70% chance of precipitation into Friday. Temperatures will rebound into the mid-70s by Friday afternoon, but gusty south winds could reach 30 mph, especially along Vermont Route 7 and near Lake Champlain.

Friday night and Saturday bring more scattered showers and breezy conditions, though cooler with highs in the low 60s. By Sunday, skies clear and sunshine returns, with highs in the mid-60s, offering a true taste of spring by the weekend’s end.
