Grand Rapids, MI – A mix of rain, snow, and cloudy skies will impact Grand Rapids this week, with fluctuating temperatures and gusty winds. Residents should prepare for changing conditions, especially midweek when showers and possible snow flurries could create slippery roads.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday will be partly sunny with a high near 42°F, but a 50% chance of showers is expected Monday night. Winds could gust up to 26 mph. Tuesday will see clearer skies with a high of 44°F before clouds return in the evening.

By Wednesday, a chance of showers will develop, with highs around 42°F. Overnight, temperatures will drop to 30°F, increasing the risk of icy patches on roads and sidewalks. The precipitation will continue into Thursday, bringing a mix of rain and snow before noon, followed by scattered showers in the afternoon. Highs will hover near 39°F.

Friday offers a slight break with partly sunny skies and a high near 41°F, but another round of rain and snow showers is possible Friday night. Saturday will remain mostly cloudy with a high near 36°F.

Drivers should remain cautious, especially during morning and evening commutes, as road conditions may change rapidly. Stay updated with local weather alerts and plan ahead for colder temperatures and precipitation later in the week.
