Cheyenne, WY – Southeast Wyoming residents can expect a mix of sunshine and storms this week, with cooler, unsettled weather set to return by Saturday.

According to the US National Weather Service in Cheyenne, Tuesday will be partly cloudy with isolated late-day showers and thunderstorms. Highs will range from the upper 60s to mid-80s depending on location, with Cheyenne forecast to reach 75 degrees and Scottsbluff near 85.

Mostly sunny skies are predicted from Wednesday through Friday, offering drier conditions and highs in the 70s and 80s. Cities such as Laramie and Rawlins will stay cooler, hovering in the upper 60s to low 70s, while Sidney, Chadron, and Alliance climb into the 80s.

The forecast shifts on Saturday as scattered showers and thunderstorms return across the region. Temperatures will drop slightly, with highs mainly in the upper 60s to mid-70s. The National Weather Service advises residents to stay alert for possible weekend travel disruptions due to storm activity.

For now, midweek looks favorable for outdoor plans, but those heading into the weekend should prepare for changing conditions.
