Between October 20 and 23, additional arrests were made for warrants, drug charges, and domestic battery. One crash involving a CSX rail maintenance vehicle temporarily halted rail traffic on Virginia Street, while another rollover on DuPont Road resulted in minor injuries and heavy damage.
