Milwaukee, WI – A snowy weekend is ahead for Milwaukee as colder temperatures settle in and snowfall begins Saturday afternoon. Residents should prepare for slick roads, especially in the evening, as snow accumulations could reach an inch or more.
According to the National Weather Service, Milwaukee will see a high of 32°F on Saturday with snow likely after noon. Winds from the east at 5-10 mph will add to the chill. Saturday night brings a 30% chance of additional snow before midnight, with lows dropping to 17°F.
Sunday will be mostly sunny but cold, with highs reaching only 25°F. Wind speeds from the northwest at 5-10 mph will make it feel even colder. The trend continues into Monday, with sunny skies and a high near 31°F, though temperatures will dip to 14°F at night.
Drivers should be cautious on Milwaukee-area roads, especially I-94 and I-43, as snow could create hazardous conditions. The chance for more snow returns Tuesday. Plan ahead for icy sidewalks and bundle up against the cold.
