Drivers along Highway 61 and I-90 should expect reduced visibility and slick conditions late Friday into early Saturday. Some storms could produce locally heavy downpours, though no severe weather is expected at this time. New rainfall totals could approach half an inch by Friday evening.
Saturday brings brief relief, with only a 20% chance of morning showers before skies clear and highs settle around 81°F. Skies remain mostly clear Saturday night, making it the most favorable evening for outdoor plans.
Looking ahead, Sunday and Monday continue the trend of warm, unsettled weather, with daily highs in the mid-80s. Spotty showers or storms remain possible each afternoon through Monday, July 15, as temperatures stay seasonably warm.
