Green Bay, Wisconsin – Clearing skies tonight will send temperatures dropping quickly into the 15 to 25 degree range, creating a cold but quiet end to the weekend across northeast Wisconsin.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, most of the state will see clear conditions overnight, though some mid to high clouds may linger across north-central Wisconsin. The dry pattern will hold through Monday, bringing mostly sunny skies and highs between 37 and 46 degrees in cities like Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh.

The calm stretch won’t last long. By Tuesday night into Wednesday, a system brings a 20 percent chance of a rain and snow mix, especially across northern areas. While precipitation coverage is expected to remain limited, brief slick spots could develop if temperatures drop during overnight hours.

Communities along Highway 41 and I-43 should prepare for changing conditions midweek, though widespread impacts are not expected at this time.

Residents can expect a gradual warm-up into the 40s and 50s Tuesday before slightly cooler air returns Wednesday. Additional updates may follow if midweek precipitation trends increase.
