Green Bay, Wisconsin – Drivers in northern Wisconsin should brace for icy spots early Monday, while rain and gusty winds arrive by Tuesday night.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, a Freeze Warning remains in effect through Monday morning across north-central and northeastern counties, including Vilas, Florence, Forest, Marinette, and Oconto. Temperatures dipped to freezing before sunrise, threatening sensitive vegetation and slick rural roads.

Rain chances begin to build by Tuesday evening, with a 60% chance of showers arriving after 7 p.m. East winds could gust up to 25 mph, increasing travel impacts, especially along the I-43 corridor and rural county highways.

While Monday remains mostly dry and seasonable in Green Bay with a high near 54°F, conditions shift quickly Tuesday. Rain becomes more widespread by nightfall and continues into Wednesday, when highs hover near 59°F.
