Green Bay, WI – Residents across northeast Wisconsin will see another day of summer-like weather Tuesday before storm chances return by midweek.
According to the National Weather Service Green Bay, skies will remain mostly clear today, with highs ranging from 77 to 88 degrees. Areas away from Lake Michigan are expected to warm into the upper 80s, continuing an unseasonably warm stretch.
Patchy fog may develop overnight, especially north and west of the Fox Valley. Forecasters note that cloud cover will increase late tonight, with lows dipping into the mid-50s to low 60s. Motorists are advised to use caution during the Wednesday morning commute in areas affected by fog.
By Wednesday, temperatures will again reach between 78 and 87 degrees. However, chances for thunderstorms will return during the afternoon and evening hours. The National Weather Service warns that scattered storms could bring brief heavy rainfall and localized travel disruptions.
While summer-like warmth holds on for another day, forecasters say the midweek storm system could mark the beginning of more unsettled weather across Wisconsin. Residents are encouraged to monitor updated forecasts for changes to storm timing and intensity.
