Green Bay, WI – A mix of sun and storms is expected across Wisconsin today, with a mostly sunny and quiet morning giving way to scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon as a cold front sinks into northern Wisconsin.

According to the US National Weather Service Green Bay Wisconsin, severe thunderstorms are not expected, but locally heavy rainfall will be possible with any storm. A few showers or storms may persist in central and east-central Wisconsin this evening, though most places will likely stay dry with highs in the lower 80s.

Today’s hourly forecast for Green Bay shows temperatures starting at 62 degrees at 6 a.m. and steadily climbing to a high of 85 degrees by mid-afternoon. The skies will remain mostly clear in the morning, becoming partly cloudy with the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

Looking ahead, Sunday’s forecast predicts slightly cooler temperatures with a high of 79 degrees and partly cloudy skies. Monday will see mostly sunny conditions with a high of 82 degrees. On Tuesday and Wednesday, there is a 45% chance of showers and thunderstorms, with highs in the low 80s on Tuesday and dropping to 77 degrees on Wednesday. The latter part of the week will return to sunnier conditions, with highs ranging from 78 to 84 degrees.
