La Crosse, Wis. – At least seven tornadoes swept across parts of western Wisconsin and southeastern Minnesota on Wednesday, leaving behind damage paths stretching for miles—but no reported injuries or fatalities, according to the National Weather Service.

According to the La Crosse office of the NWS, three EF-1 tornadoes and four EF-0s touched down between 5:18 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. on June 25. Winds peaked at 100 mph in Fillmore and Wabasha counties in Minnesota, and La Crosse County, Wisconsin, where the longest EF-1 path stretched nearly 4 miles near St. Joseph.

The tornadoes affected several counties including Houston, Winona, Wabasha, and La Crosse, with damage tracks recorded in areas such as Nodine, Hokah, New Albin, and Zumbro Falls. Though brief, each storm was capable of damaging trees and light structures. The strongest touchdown occurred in Fillmore County near Yucatan, with winds reaching 100 mph over a 6.47-mile track.

Residents in impacted areas should remain cautious as emergency crews assess lingering debris and potential utility issues. With storm season ramping up, residents are urged to review severe weather plans and ensure alerts are enabled on mobile devices.

More updates are expected as the NWS finalizes survey data. Additional warnings could follow if patterns continue.
