Green Bay, WI – A damp and chilly Halloween is expected across central and northeast Wisconsin, with spotty rain showers and falling evening temperatures as trick-or-treaters head out.

According to the US National Weather Service Green Bay, there’s a 35–50% chance of scattered light rain this afternoon and evening. However, forecasters emphasize that it won’t be a total washout — most areas will just see brief showers.

Daytime highs will climb into the mid to upper 40s, but after sunset, temperatures will drop quickly into the mid-30s by late evening. Conditions will remain breezy and damp, making it feel colder than actual readings.

Residents are advised to pack light rain gear and layer up costumes for comfort during trick-or-treat hours. Roads may be slick in a few areas, so extra caution is urged for pedestrians and drivers.
