Wisconsin – A chilly 32-degree start settles over Green Bay before sunrise, with patchy fog forming in spots across Door County and along the Fox River. Roads remain mainly dry, but visibility may fluctuate early, especially on I-41 and Highway 172.

According to the National Weather Service in Green Bay, patchy fog could restrict visibility through mid-morning. Additional fog may redevelop late tonight into early Tuesday. Drivers should use low beams and allow extra space during the morning commute.

Skies brighten later today, with highs climbing to 53°F under decreasing clouds. That mild February stretch fades quickly. Clouds increase tonight, and lows dip to around 32°F.

Rain becomes likely Tuesday night, with a 90% chance of precipitation. Lows hold near 38°F, keeping travel mainly wet at first. Wednesday, February 18, stays unsettled. Rain remains likely in the morning, with a 60% chance overall and highs near 47°F.

As cooler air filters in Wednesday night, a brief wintry mix cannot be ruled out across far northern Wisconsin. Thursday brings a slight chance of rain or snow, with highs near 44°F. By Thursday night, temperatures fall toward 32°F, and rain could mix with or change to snow. While heavy snow is not certain, slick spots may develop on untreated roads.

Looking ahead to President’s Day Week, the 6- to 10-day outlook favors near- to slightly above-normal temperatures across northeast Wisconsin. Expect periodic systems, brief thaws, and occasional snow chances as February Weather continues its back-and-forth pattern.
