Winnipeg, MB – Two men were arrested early Thursday morning after Winnipeg Police conducted a traffic stop linked to a reported disturbance at a restaurant on Henderson Highway.

According to the Winnipeg Police Service, officers from the West District General Patrol responded shortly before 2:45 a.m. on October 16, 2025, after reports of a fight inside a restaurant in the 1400 block of Henderson Highway. The suspects, ages 35 and 38, were later stopped in a 2017 GMC Sierra and taken into custody without incident.

During the search, police recovered a loaded Glock 17, 9mm ammunition, 30 Percocet pills (estimated value $600), 4 grams of cocaine (estimated value $400), a cell phone, and $1,436 in cash.

Investigators say the 35-year-old man allegedly dropped a handgun during the fight, which was picked up before both men fled in the vehicle. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.

Police charged Bradley Michael Haacke, 35, with multiple firearm, trafficking, and proceeds-related offenses, including breaches of prior release orders. He remains in custody. The 38-year-old suspect faces two breach charges and was released with a future court date.
