While at the scene, they located a man in medical distress and provided care. The Property Crime Unit took over the case, determining that between May 15 and October 5, 2025, the suspect allegedly targeted several retail stores within CF Polo Park. The estimated value of the stolen goods was about $20,300.
Dysin Cole Spence, 23, has been charged with numerous counts of theft under $5,000, theft over $5,000, failing to comply with release orders, and several identity-related offenses, including identity fraud and illegal possession of identity cards.
