Winnipeg, MB – Winnipeg police say three people are now in custody in connection with the homicide of a 28-year-old man whose body was found outside a North End residence earlier this year.

According to the Winnipeg Police Service, a man and a woman have been charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of Diego Moscoza, who was located deceased on March 17, 2025, in the 300 block of Pritchard Avenue. A third suspect has been charged as an accessory after the fact to murder.

Police said officers were called to the area at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 17, after reports of a suspicious situation. When officers arrived, they found a male victim outside a residence. An autopsy later determined Moscoza’s death was a homicide.

Investigators allege that Taylor Gilbert Inklater, 26, and Noreen Ceara Ramona Thomas, 27, were directly involved in causing Moscoza’s death. Police executed arrest warrants on December 15 at the Headingley Correctional Centre and the Women’s Correctional Centre, where both suspects were already in custody. They remain detained.

On December 17, homicide investigators arrested Devlin Langlois, 25, at a residence in the 100 block of Powers Street. Police allege Langlois assisted after the killing and charged her with Accessory After the Fact to Murder. She was also detained.

The victim has been identified as Diego Moscoza, also known as Diego Moscoza Jimenez, a Mexican citizen who had been living in Manitoba for the past two years. Police confirmed his next of kin have been notified.

The Homicide Unit has assumed control of the investigation and continues to seek information from anyone who may have had contact with Moscoza since the beginning of March. Anyone with information is urged to contact Winnipeg police or Crime Stoppers.
