Police allege the driver, identified as Dustin Ryan Chatkana, was found to be impaired by drugs, alcohol, or a combination of both. During the stop, officers also allegedly discovered that Chatkana was wanted on outstanding warrants, including suspension of parole or statutory release and being unlawfully at large.
Authorities say a search conducted during the arrest led to the seizure of multiple controlled substances and cash. The items allegedly recovered include approximately 99.6 grams of crack cocaine, 196 grams of powder cocaine, 11 grams of methamphetamine, and 11 Xanax pills.
