Lebanon, TN – Wilson County deputies are investigating a fatal domestic dispute that left one person dead and another in custody late Wednesday night along the 3400 block of Hunters Point Pike.
According to the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched around 9:30 p.m. after reports of a possible domestic incident in progress. Upon arrival, deputies found two children outside the residence, both unharmed, who told officers their parents were inside.
Investigators say a male suspect allegedly barricaded himself inside a bedroom before deputies were able to breach the door and detain him. Inside, they discovered a female victim deceased from injuries sustained during an apparent assault.
