Upon arrival, deputies found a 66-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg. The East Joliet Fire Protection District provided medical care and transported him to a local hospital.

While on scene, deputies also discovered a second man suffering from a stab wound that occurred before their arrival. He was also treated and transported for further care.
