The next meeting, slated for the third Wednesday in May, will introduce Pierra Skinner, a Registered Dietitian from Flourish Juice Company. In an engaging session, Skinner is set to offer healthy living tips and demonstrate how to prepare nutritious drinks, aiming to bolster the well-being of attendees.
According to Silver Cross Hospital, the group meets consistently every third Wednesday, providing a platform for sharing experiences and fostering connections among those affected by stroke.
