Wichita, KS – The US National Weather Service in Wichita reports that dry weather will dominate across central, south-central, and southeast Kansas over the next five days, bringing a calm and mostly sunny stretch of early December weather.
Today will remain cool, with highs between 32°F and 36°F, but a warming trend is expected by Friday and Saturday, when temperatures climb into the mid-40s to low 50s.
Another brief cool-down returns Sunday, with highs in the 30s, before readings rise again into the 40s and lower 50s early next week.
The Weather Service notes that no major precipitation is expected during this period, offering a welcome break for travelers and outdoor plans.
