Wheaton, IL – Veterans and their families in DuPage County will have the chance to explore vital resources and benefits at the annual Veterans Resource Fair this Tuesday in Wheaton.
According to the Veterans Assistance Commission of DuPage County, the event is scheduled for Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the County Administration Building, located at 421 N. County Farm Road. Organized in partnership with the DuPage County Recorder’s Office, the fair is open to veterans, their families, first responders, and social workers from DuPage and surrounding counties.
The Veterans Resource Fair will offer attendees direct access to information on federal and local veteran programs, health services, legal aid, and financial support. Representatives from organizations such as Hines VA Hospital, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and the DuPage County Health Department will be present to answer questions.
Guests can also expect refreshments, door prizes, and free items as part of the fair’s outreach efforts.
The annual event is designed to foster connections between veterans and service providers, ensuring access to the full range of benefits available. Additional partners include the offices of the Illinois Tollway, State Treasurer, and State Comptroller.
