West Michigan Beach Forecast: Low Swim Risk but Cold Waters This Weekend

Grand Rapids, MI – The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a beach forecast indicating a low swim risk for West Michigan beaches through the weekend, with waves expected to stay below 3 feet.

According to the forecast, air temperatures will range from 68-74°F today and 62-70°F on Saturday, with a slight chance of showers and isolated storms. Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny with temperatures between 55-67°F. Despite the low swim risk, caution is advised as water temperatures remain in the 50s. Swimmers are encouraged to stay informed about potential hazards.
