Winds out of the southwest may reach 6 to 8 mph during the storm window but should calm after sunset. Drivers should use caution during heavy downpours and avoid flood-prone intersections.
Friday turns dry with a high near 84°F and mostly clear skies. Weekend highs will climb back toward 90°F, with Sunday expected to reach 94°F before another warm stretch into next week.
