According to the National Weather Service in Spokane, snowfall will begin around 4 p.m. Sunday and intensify in the evening, with accumulation rates potentially exceeding one inch per hour between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Snow totals are forecasted to reach between 4 and 9 inches above 3,500 feet.
