Duenweg, MO – Jasper County detectives have identified the suspect in the January 11 assault at a Duenweg bus station as 47-year-old David L. Bostic of Bellevue, Washington. Bostic faces alleged charges of first-degree assault, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

According to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Bostic reportedly has a history of violence and is considered armed and dangerous. Bostic has alleged ties to Missouri, Utah, Washington, Arkansas, and New York. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office or local law enforcement.

The 18-year-old victim from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is recovering from a stab wound to the neck.
