Deputies, along with Boltonville Fire and First Responders and West Bend Rescue, responded to the scene. Officials reported the driver and sole occupant of the gray SUV was found unresponsive. Life-saving efforts were allegedly performed by first responders, but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the blue SUV was reportedly conscious and alert following the crash.
Preliminary findings indicate the blue SUV was traveling westbound on CTY TK approaching the intersection. The gray SUV was allegedly eastbound and attempted to turn north onto Forest View Road, pulling into the path of the oncoming vehicle. The crash reportedly impacted the passenger side of the gray SUV.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Team assisted in the investigation. Authorities said CTY TK and Forest View Road were closed for about three and a half hours for emergency response and cleanup.
