According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies located Samuel Lee Hauser, 38, in the 300 block of Oak Grove Road around 11 a.m. Tuesday. Hauser is accused of attacking a victim who was asleep inside a vehicle along Blue Friday Road on September 29. The victim later identified Hauser as the suspect.
Hauser was taken into custody without incident and charged with Aggravated Assault, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
He was booked into the Washington County Detention Center, where he remains held on a $25,000 bond. Hauser is scheduled to appear in court on October 22.
