Investigators said Burgin was in possession of a large baggie containing a white powder he claimed was cocaine. Burgin was charged with manufacture, delivery, or sale of a controlled substance, the sheriff’s office confirmed. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center without incident. His bond was set at $20,000.
