The case began on June 30, 2025, when Washington County deputies responded to a Mahtomedi apartment complex after reports of a 14-year-old girl in distress. Surveillance video later showed Wiley bringing multiple intoxicated females to the same apartment in prior weeks.
Investigators identified Wiley as the individual transporting juvenile females to an apartment owned by Michael Lewis, who was also charged in connection to the case.
