During the 12-hour operation, officers performed 80 traffic stops. These stops resulted in 18 citations and 83 warnings issued to drivers. Law enforcement also made five arrests tied to misdemeanor warrants.

In addition, five more individuals were arrested for violations related to controlled dangerous substances. Two of those suspects face additional charges for possession with intent to distribute, according to officials.

The Sheriff’s Office noted that the coordinated effort aimed to address outstanding warrants, traffic violations, and drug-related offenses across Washington County. No injuries were reported during the operation.
