Seattle, WA – Washington is set to experience a wet start to the week, with rain showers and thunderstorms expected across the state. Coastal areas will see consistent rain beginning Monday, while inland regions can expect thunderstorms to develop on Tuesday and Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service in Seattle, Monday’s forecast includes rain along the coast with highs ranging from 60 to 65°F. Inland areas will experience mostly cloudy skies, with temperatures between 75 to 80°F.

By Tuesday, the rain will continue along the coast, accompanied by potential thunderstorms. Inland areas are expected to see showers and thunderstorms with highs between 68 to 72°F. Winds will be relatively mild, reaching 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday brings a continued chance of thunderstorms inland, with showers likely along the coast. Temperatures are expected to range from 59 to 71°F, with winds remaining between 5 to 15 mph.

Residents are advised to prepare for wet conditions throughout the week, particularly on Tuesday and Wednesday, when thunderstorms are most likely.
