Culpeper, VA – A statewide Senior Alert has been activated for a 78-year-old Virginia man last seen early Tuesday morning in Culpeper County.

According to the Virginia State Police, Stephen Russell Arsenault was reported missing by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office around 10:55 a.m. Tuesday. Arsenault, who suffers from a cognitive impairment, was last seen at approximately 8:06 a.m. traveling southbound on Cranberry Lane in Culpeper.
