Ashburn, VA – Authorities in Loudoun County are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery earlier this month at a business on the 43000 block of Junction Plaza.

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on Friday, August 16. The suspect, described as a white or Hispanic male, was seen wearing a black balaclava with white writing, a black sweatshirt, black pants, and black tennis shoes. Surveillance footage shows him approaching the store clerk outside the establishment before allegedly demanding money.

The sheriff’s office reports that once inside, the man allegedly forced the clerk to open the register and made off with cash and other items. He then fled the scene.
