According to the NWS, the storm is expected to bring up to two inches of snow and sleet, with ice accumulation reaching up to 0.2 inches. Winds gusting up to 35 mph will further exacerbate conditions, leading to potential power outages and slippery roads. The heaviest precipitation is forecasted to occur between 8 p.m. and 3 a.m., with a transition to rain by Thursday morning, though freezing rain could persist in parts of Windsor County, Vermont.
