Ventura, California – A lineup of April events aims to support women entrepreneurs through networking, training, and community-building opportunities.

According to Ventura County Business Women (VCBW), the organization announced multiple in-person and virtual events scheduled throughout April 2026 for its more than 6,600 members and the broader public.

The calendar includes the group’s “Coffee & Connection” event on Tuesday, April 7, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Poinsettia Pavilion in Ventura. Organizers say the session will focus on guided networking and relationship-building among professionals across industries.

A virtual “Ask Me Anything” session hosted by business coach Erin Hines is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The session will focus on business clarity and decision-making, according to organizers.

Additional programming includes a virtual “Marketing Power Hour” on Wednesday, April 15, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., led by VCBW founder Tawney Noriega and marketing professional Kristen Fickeisen. The workshop is expected to cover content strategy and business growth planning.

VCBW, founded in 2018, serves women across multiple Ventura County communities, including Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley. Organizers describe the network as combining business development with mentorship and peer support.

Some events are open to non-members, according to the organization.

Local business owners and remote workers may find the sessions relevant for networking and professional development opportunities.
