According to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office, Jesus Cuadras Garcia, 22, died Wednesday after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. Investigators said a second victim, an adult man, was shot in the shoulder, and a 5-year-old girl suffered gunshot wounds to her leg and hip. Both are recovering.

Detectives from the Weber County Sheriff’s Office, working with the Weber/Morgan Homicide Task Force and Ogden Police Department, said they have been interviewing witnesses and pursuing those allegedly responsible for the attack.

Authorities reported that 18-year-old Michael Gaisbaur Jr. of Perry City was arrested the same day on charges including aggravated murder, eight counts of felony discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice. He was booked into the Weber County Correctional Facility.

A second suspect, 19-year-old Mckinzi Sundquist of South Ogden, was also arrested on an obstruction of justice charge, according to officials. Both remain in custody as the case continues.
