Eagle Mountain, UT – Deputies in Utah County are asking for the public’s help identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash at a Walmart Fuel station in Eagle Mountain Sunday evening.

According to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 6:40 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Walmart Fuel station in Eagle Mountain. Investigators say a pickup truck struck another pickup before leaving the scene without stopping or providing information.

Authorities describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, believed to be between 30 and 40 years old. At the time of the incident, he was reportedly wearing a gray and black hat, a gray hoodie—possibly a Nike brand—and gray Puma shorts, according to deputies.

The suspect vehicle is described as a black Chevrolet 1500 four-door pickup truck with black five-spoke wheels, a hard tri-fold tonneau cover, and a Mexican flag displayed on the dashboard. Deputies say the truck should have visible damage on the driver’s side. Investigators also believe the license plate may be registered out of Arizona.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office says hit-and-run crashes pose serious safety concerns and often leave victims dealing with injuries and costly vehicle damage.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect, the vehicle description, or who may have witnessed the crash is urged to contact Central Dispatch at (801) 798-5600 and ask to speak with a deputy assigned to Eagle Mountain. Tips can be provided anonymously.

Residents in Eagle Mountain and surrounding Utah County communities are encouraged to check doorbell cameras, dashcams, or nearby surveillance footage from Sunday evening that may help identify the truck.
