Syracuse, NY – A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 AM to 4 PM EST Thursday, with snow, sleet, and freezing rain expected across central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
According to the National Weather Service in Binghamton, snowfall totals could reach up to 4 inches in Northern Oneida County, with 1 to 2 inches elsewhere. Ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch and gusty winds up to 35 mph may lead to power outages and difficult travel.
