Stanczyk, 61, of Cold Brook, was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated under Leandra’s Law (1192), a Class E felony, along with additional traffic violations. Officials allege Stanczyk was operating the vehicle while intoxicated at the time of the incident.
Stanczyk was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing. He was later held at the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
