Des Moines, IA – The US National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for parts of Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota, effective until 8 p.m. CDT today. This alert impacts over 2.3 million people, including major cities such as Sioux City, Omaha, and Lincoln.
