La Crosse, WI – Central Wisconsin residents should prepare for continued thunderstorm activity through the weekend and into early next week. The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood warning for the region, effective until noon on Saturday, July 6.
According to the NWS La Crosse, thunderstorm chances will remain high throughout the weekend. Residents are advised to monitor weather updates and take necessary precautions. Saturday’s forecast predicts partly cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from 58°F in the morning to a high of 79°F in the afternoon.
Sunday’s forecast shows a 60% chance of rain with temperatures ranging from 63°F to 80°F. Monday will also see continued rainfall with a 45% chance of precipitation and temperatures between 63°F and 81°F.
The weather is expected to clear up starting Tuesday, with sunny skies and temperatures around 81°F. This pattern will continue through Wednesday, with temperatures reaching 82°F. Thursday will bring partly cloudy skies and a high of 83°F.
