Corpus Christi, TX – The Texas Gulf Coast is experiencing another warm, sunny day, with temperatures climbing into the 90s across several regions. Highs today are expected to hit 95°F in Cotulla and Laredo, with other cities like Freer and Tilden reaching around 93°F. Coastal areas, including Corpus Christi, Port Lavaca, and Rockport, will see more moderate temperatures in the low 80s.

According to the National Weather Service, the sunny conditions will persist throughout the day, with patchy fog possible tonight, particularly in the inland areas. As temperatures cool overnight, lows will dip into the 50s and 60s. In Corpus Christi, expect a low of 63°F, while further inland, Tilden and Freer may see temperatures closer to 59°F.

The warm trend is expected to continue through the weekend. On Friday, high temperatures will range from 81°F to 95°F, and Saturday’s forecast calls for similar conditions. With the elevated temperatures, it’s advisable to stay hydrated and avoid outdoor activities during the peak heat of the day. Winds are expected to remain light, offering minimal relief from the warmth.
