The U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake occurred at 6:15 a.m., about 4 kilometers southeast of Uncertain. The earthquake had a depth of 5 kilometers, shallow enough to be felt by those in the vicinity.
According to citizen reports, mild shaking was observed in the area, but no injuries or significant damage have been reported. The tremor was classified as minor, yet it raised concerns among locals unaccustomed to seismic activity.
