Sunday’s high temperatures will reach the mid-to-upper 80s, with clear skies continuing into the evening. As night falls, temperatures will drop into the 40s and 50s across much of the region. Light winds are expected to persist overnight.
Looking ahead, near-normal temperatures will continue through the week, but fire conditions will remain a concern. Elevated to critical fire weather risks are expected to linger into Monday and Tuesday. Another cold front is set to arrive Wednesday, potentially bringing relief from fire hazards.
